What you can do with PDF Organizer

Merge PDF offline in your browser

Combine pages from several local PDFs and arrange them into one new document without sending the files to a server.

Split PDF locally

Extract selected pages, create one file per page or define page groups such as 1–3, 4 and 6, or 7–9.

Rotate and reorder with previews

Preview each page, rotate it in 90-degree steps and drag it into position before creating the download.

How it works

  1. Choose your PDFs

Drop one or more PDF files into the tool. The browser reads them into memory on your device; the PDF content is not uploaded to RKCadTools.

  2. Arrange the pages

Use page previews to reorder, rotate, select or remove pages. The original files remain unchanged.

  3. Create new local files

Download one organized PDF, extract selected pages or split the workspace into several PDFs.

Your output: New merged, extracted or split PDF files. Your original files stay unchanged.

Before you start

Are my PDF files uploaded?

No. They never leave your device. The tool reads selected PDFs into browser memory and creates the new downloads locally.

Does PDF Organizer work without an internet connection?

Processing is local after the page and its bundled application files have loaded. Opening or reloading the tool still requires access to RKCadTools.com unless those files are already cached. It is local processing, not an installed offline app.

What does RKCadTools.com deliver to my browser?

RKCadTools.com delivers the HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PDF.js and pdf-lib files that run the application. Your selected PDF content is never uploaded to RKCadTools.com, WordPress or a third-party processing service.

Can I merge, split, rotate and reorder PDF pages?

Yes. Merge PDFs in the displayed order, extract selected pages, split by page groups, rotate pages in 90-degree steps and drag pages into a new order.

Will links, forms, signatures and bookmarks be preserved?

Visible page content is copied, but document-level bookmarks, signatures, form behaviour, links and other interactive features may not survive a merge or split. Password-protected and digitally signed files are not supported. Review every downloaded result.
